Month one: setup
The month we build everything: a site in Russian, the company profile, social accounts, SEO, the marketing strategy, a first read of demand and competitors, photo and video. Ads and outreach switch on in month two. Part of the monthly format, from $10,000 a month.

Promotion and distributor outreach
From month two everything goes live: posts, ads on social media and in Google and Yandex search, mailings, cold outreach to distributors, inquiry handling and negotiations, a report every month.

Local digital presence
A site and social channels in Russian that a distributor checks before replying and finds through Google, Yandex and AI search such as ChatGPT. Built in month one of the monthly format, then kept running.

Distributor search for a fee and a percentage
We find distributors and buyers for you: we write to them in Russian, screen the replies and interpret in the negotiations. Month one: a fixed $2,200 plus a percentage of orders; after that, the percentage only, on every paid order from the buyers we brought.Your team at the trade show
