Local digital presence: what a distributor checks before answering

A distributor opens your site before replying to an email. If it is in English only, has no prices logic, no terms and no certificates, the reply does not come. We build the version a buyer here can read and a search engine here can find.

For whom

For every brand entering the region; it is the infrastructure group of the Pilot month and keeps running in Growth. Also for brands already selling here whose presence was translated rather than built.

What gets built

  • A landing page or site in Russian on your own domain: pricing logic, distributor terms, certification documents, analytics
  • Search optimisation for Google and Yandex, and a structure that answer engines can read
  • Content in Russian: product video, photo, B2B materials, the documents a buyer asks for
  • Social channels where the buyer scrolls: Instagram, TikTok, Telegram; VK for Russia
  • Search and social advertising, with a first campaign in one or two countries
  • Listings on the platforms where suppliers are searched: satu.kz, flagma, europages and sector catalogues

How it goes

We list the questions a distributor asks before a call: terms, volumes, lead times, certificates, who else buys. The page answers them in order.

Shooting on site or from your material; copy written in Russian, not translated. The tone matches how business is done here, not a brochure.

Site, channels and listings go live together; search advertising tests which queries convert. The structure is set up for Google, Yandex and generative search alike.

In Growth the content keeps coming: cases, answers, the material the sales conversation needs next.

What you keep

  • The site and its domain, the analytics, the accounts
  • All content and material, with the rights
  • The channels, ready to be run by you or by us

Price

Part of the Pilot month; ongoing in Growth

The first version goes up inside the $5,000 Pilot. Ongoing production, channels and advertising run inside Growth from month two. Standalone site work is quoted separately.

Questions

Your site carries an idea of what a company worth dealing with looks like at home. In another market that idea is different, and translation does not change it. A local page answers local questions in the buyer's order.

Negotiations, specifications and contracts with distributors across the region are written in Russian; it is the working language of a market of more than 150 million people. Kazakh and Uzbek matter for consumer-facing content and we add them where the product needs it.

Next step

Thinking about the region?

The Pilot month answers the question from inside the country: demand check, distributor map, first outreach, a written go or no-go read.
