Services
Three services, one engagement: from a market check to distributors who answer

Where to start
Three situations we meet most often, and the service that fits each.
No distribution in the region yet, or a partner who stopped ordering.
Market check: one month and a written go or no-go read. Market check
Already selling here and want more partners, better ones, or a second country.
Distributor search: outreach and screening as your local team. Distributor search
A partner exists, but buyers here cannot find you or read you.
Local digital presence: a site and channels in the buyer's language. Local digital presence
How we work, step by step
Six steps from the first call to a warm contact in your representative's hands.
We dive into your brand, your target audience, and the competitors already in this market, then build the entry strategy around what we find.
Small products get shipped to us and shot with actors. For factories and larger operations, we either work from your existing video and files or travel and shoot on-site.
Site copy, video, ad creative: we produce every asset in the language the region's 150M+ business audience actually shares, never translated in as an afterthought.
A site and social channels, matched to the platforms your audience is actually on. We back the choice with data, not default convention.
Ads go live to test real demand. We handle and screen first inquiries locally, so only real interest reaches you.
Your own rep takes over for negotiation. We stay on as translator and intermediary for as long as you need.
From Pilot to Growth
You don't know us yet, and we're still proving the market for you. The first month is priced at half the full rate, not because there's less work (the load is just as heavy from day one), but to keep entry comfortable while trust builds on both sides. After that, pricing reflects everything running in parallel, for as long as we keep working together.

Questions you might have
A global English-language website is essentially invisible to regional buyers. Local distributors use different search algorithms (a high share of local search engines), sit on other platforms, and use specific local terminology that automatic translation can't capture.
B2B buying behavior is also changing fast: a growing share of buyers and procurement teams now begin their supplier research with generative AI tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) rather than a traditional search engine. AI builds distributor shortlists from structured data about materials, supply terms, sustainability, and logistics capacity. If a brand has no localized, technically sound digital footprint in the region's shared business language that answers B2B partners' key questions, the AI leaves it out, and the real buyer never hears of it.
Artifact's service isn't translating texts; it's designing a digital architecture that both regional buyers and search algorithms understand.
When the Pilot ends, the foreign manufacturer fully owns the following set of assets:
Localized, autonomous infrastructure: a fully working local digital asset (its own domain and site), technically optimized for regional search engines and AI, with analytics tools integrated.
Adapted commercial content: a package of materials built for B2B.
A digitized demand profile: a report on cost-per-click (CPC) in specific regions, analysis of real search queries, and a database of companies that showed initial interest in partnership.
A warm-contact pipeline: a register of regional distributors, developers, and integrators already contacted in their own language, filtered of irrelevant inquiries.
This guarantees that even without scaling further, the client keeps a tool for generating regional traffic.
It isn't about choosing one country. It's using the single business language that already connects the whole macro-region. That shared language (Russian) is the practical lingua franca across the CIS and Central Asia: the working tool of a market of more than 150 million people, not a national label.
The B2B reality matters: local distributors and decision-makers prefer to negotiate and operate in that shared language, while English proficiency in the manufacturing environment stays very low. An English-only brand book won't reach the study stage.
LinkedIn's reach in this region is small and skews toward a narrow, English-speaking executive slice, not where most of the actual audience spends time. We match the channel to where the audience really is, region by region.
In Kazakhstan and Central Asia, that's Instagram and TikTok: tens of millions of users, the large majority of the internet-using population. In Russia, platform access has shifted significantly in recent years: Meta's platforms are no longer accessible there, so VKontakte and Telegram are now the dominant channels instead.
We pick the platform mix per region based on where people actually are, not the default Western B2B convention.
Next step
Thinking about the region?
The Pilot month answers the question from inside the country: demand check, distributor map, first outreach, a written go or no-go read.
